MBI conducts Biblical courses on the premises of the Memorial Church of Christ in Houston, TX.  We partner with the Sunset International Bible Institute (SIBI), from Lubbock, TX, and with Heritage Christian University (HCU), from Florence, AL, to provide our students with some of the very best Bible Class material available.

OUR STUDENTS
All classes are held at the Memorial Church of Christ, 900 Echo Lane, Houston, TX 77024 (click for directions).  Selected classes may be taken either in the classroom or by joining the class online.  Classes are available for everyone. We welcome people from the local community and from members of our own congregation, or from anywhere in the world; In fact, we welcome anyone who has a desire to study scripture. All classes are taught in English.
 
OUR VISION
MBI strives to create a worthwhile, challenging, and practical learning environment which will equip students with the knowledge, attitudes, vision, and skills to come closer to God, and grow in the knowledge of His will.

STUDY OBJECTIVES
Students may take any of our courses just for the pleasure of study.  We warmly welcome people who just want to learn without having to worry about examinations and having to submit papers.  If your wish is to come and just soak up what is on offer, MBI is the place you need to be.

You may wish to obtain a certificate from MBI for the courses you take.  To do that, you need to attend a minimum number of lessons, complete some reading and take quizzes set by MBI.

In addition, you can take courses for credit through the Sunset International Bible Institute (SIBI) where appropriate.  These courses normally require the student to complete set reading, memorize some verses of scripture, and successfully pass SIBI’s written tests.
